Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Asceld website and the Asceld software, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by [Company Legal Name] ("Asceld", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited, including any restricted territories identified by [Company Legal Name].
2. Non-custodial software
Asceld is non-custodial software. We do not take custody of, hold, or control your funds or private keys at any time. Your assets remain in your own wallet. Transactions are authorized through your connected wallet and signed via third-party infrastructure (including Lit Protocol's multi-party computation). You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, keys, and recovery credentials.
3. No financial, investment, or tax advice
The Service is a software tool. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for evaluating the risks of any strategy. See our Risk Disclosure.
4. Autonomous agent behavior
The Service may execute automated, autonomous on-chain actions on your behalf according to parameters you select. You acknowledge that automated strategies carry inherent risks, that outcomes are uncertain, and that you authorize such actions within the limits you configure. You may pause the agent or withdraw your funds at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by applicable law;
- circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access controls, including those of the on-site AI assistant.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party protocols, blockchains, wallets, and infrastructure that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of any third-party service, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any outcome will be achieved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asceld and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. [Insert jurisdiction-specific liability cap and carve-outs after legal review.]
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asceld and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [Insert dispute-resolution and venue provisions after legal review.]
